T4 Time Clock Data Collector
The T4 Time Clock data collector is more than just a time clock. It gives you the ability to collect attendance, schedule and specific job cost information in combination with On-Time Time and Attendance and Open Systems Software. Each of the T4’s 32 keys is a programmable, tactile-feedback button, and the keys can be used in alphabet or numeric mode. The removable menu frame holds a user-defined menu. The T4 provides a direct connection to a network via Ethernet or through its internal modem. You can remotely collect data via the modem or have the unit automatically dial an internet provider and send the data to a server anywhere in the world. A standard serial interface is provided to allow the connection of laser (gun type) scanners to collect data. The built-in barcode scanner is located down the right side of the unit for scanning badges or other types of barcoded material. The mono VGA screen in the T4 enhances the LCD display. Various size fonts may be used to provide from a one to three-line display. A sound mechanism allows for alert tones, and a buzzer relay connection gives you the ability to trigger buzzers for breaks, lunches and shift changes if desired. The battery-backed real time clock has a synchronized clock setting feature that will allow you to set multiple clocks at the same time. With all the new features of our T4 Time Clock, backward compatibility remains in place. That means you can mix T4 terminals and our previous B3 terminals in the same system, up to a total of 99 clocks.
